Windfall Cards

·        Wild card: Use for any financial priority in categories C, D, or E up to a value of -$30 (-$10, -$20, -$30).

·        Ultra Wild card: Use for any income or financial priority category (A-E) with values up to +$30 (income) or down to -$30 (financial priority).

·        If you have a giving in your budget, use this as a “just say no” card for any life happens or bounce back card played on you.

·        If you have a Savings card in your budget, use this as a “just say no” card for any Life Happens or Bounce Back card played on you.

·        Good fortune for great budgeting. You paid off a debt! Remove any Life Happens card from your budget.

·        Bounce Back: This bounces the action of the card played on you back to the person who played the card.

Life Happens Cards

Picture description: A piggy bank jaggedly split down the middle with coins falling out of it.

·        Budget breaker: Lose one budget card of any category chosen by the person who plays this card.

·        Fell prey to an online scam! This card disrupts the last card played, sends it to the draw pile, and ends your turn. Playable at any time.

·        Lost your job. Remove your highest paying job (not businesses) from your budget.

·        Business sales drop. If you own a business, place this card in your budget and decrease business income by half.

·        Chose not to give. Remove your Giving card from your budget.

·        Used emergency funds to pay for a vacation. Remove the Savings card from your budget. If you do not have one, add this expense to your budget.

·        Purchased a new 75-inch 4K smart TV on credit. Add this to your budget.
